ADMISSION OF BYCHEMEX LIMTED ON THE DEVELOPMENT &
ENTERPRISE MARKET (DEM) AND SUSPENSION OF DEALINGS IN ITS SECURITIES ON THE
OVER-THE-COUNTER (OTC) MARKET The Stock Exchange of Mauritius wishes
to inform investors and the public that Bychemex Limited, which is
currently quoted on the OTC Market, will be admitted to the DEM in January
2007. Dealings in the securities of Bychemex
Limited will commence on the DEM on Monday, January 29, 2007.
Shareholders who wish to trade in the securities of Bychemex Limited
on Monday, January 29, 2007, should deposit their share certificates
in the CDS at latest, on Tuesday, January 16, 2007. Dealings in the securities of Bychemex
Limited on the OTC Market will be suspended after market close on Tuesday,
January 23, 2007 to enable a smooth migration of the company on the DEM. The reference price of the securities
of the above company at the start of the first trading session on the DEM on Monday,
January 29, 2007 will be the closing price, as adjusted for corporate actions,
if any, of the above securities on the OTC Market on Tuesday, January 23,
