COMMUNIQUE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF

ROSE HILL TRANSPORT LIMITED AND THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL

Rose Hill Transport Limited (“the Company”) is listed on the Development and Enterprise Market (“DEM”) of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) which has been operational since the 4^th of August, 2006, and accordingly must abide by the Rules governing this market (“The DEM Rules”).

We wish to inform you that the Company has on the 2^nd of March, 2007, applied to the SEM for an exemption from filing interim accounts for the half year ended December 31, 2006, as provided under DEM Rule 17, based on the grounds that:

• Comparative Group figures for 6 months ended December 31^st, 2005, are not available hence accounts to be produced for 6 months ended December 31^st, 2006, will not be IFRS compliant.

• The Company will provide half yearly figures for publication purposes as from next reporting period.

Please note that the SEM has on the 9^th of March, 2007, acceded to the Company’s above-mentioned request pursuant to DEM Rule 8.1.
