NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the above company has declared on 16th December 2005 an interim dividend of Rs 20.00 per share with regard to ordinary shares, for shareholders registered at the close of business on 6th January 2006, in respect of its financial year ending 30th June 2006.

 

The dividend will be paid on or about 31st January 2006.

 

The shares of the company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 3rd January 2006 and ex-dividend on 5th January 2006.
