DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Notice is hereby given that a Final Dividend of Rs 2.00 per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2005 has been declared payable to shareholders of the Company registered at the close of business on 5 April 2006.

The Dividend will be paid on or about 24 April 2006.

The Shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 31 March 2006 and ex-dividend on 3 April 2006.
