Notice is hereby given that Iframac Limited has declared on 27 December 2006, a final dividend of MUR 3.00 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 16 January 2007 in respect of its financial period ending 31 December 2006.

The dividend will be paid on or about 22 January 2007.

The shares of the company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 11 January 2007 and ex-dividend on 16 January 2007.
