DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

Notice is hereby given that ABC Motors Company Limited has declared on the 22^nd December 2005 a final dividend of MUR 1.30 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 7^th February 2006, in respect of the year ending 30 June 2005. The dividend will be paid on or about 28^th February 2006. The shares of the company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 2^nd February 2005 and ex-div on 7^th February 2006.
