NOTICE OF DIVIDEND

Notice is hereby given that the Company has declared a dividend of Rs 1.20 per share (i.e 12.0 %), in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2007.

The dividend will be paid on or around 31 August 2007 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 30 July 2007.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 25 July 2007 and ex-dividend as from 26 July 2007.
