DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

Notice is hereby given that at its meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Mauritius Stationery Manufacturers Limited (“MSM”) has declared a final dividend of
Rs 2.25 per ordinary share. This dividend for the financial year ending
June 30, 2007 will be paid on or around July 20, 2007 to all ordinary shareholders registered at close of business on July 5, 2007.

Shares of MSM will therefore be quoted cum-dividend at the Stock Exchange sessions up to July 2, 2007 and ex-dividend as from July 3, 2007.
