Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the above company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 12/- per share payable on the ordinary shares of the company. This dividend is in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2006 and will be payable in full to the shareholder registered at the close of business on 18th April 2006. The payment of this dividend will take place on or about the 21st April, 2006. The shares of the company will be traded cum-dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market day of 13th April, 2006 and ex-dividend as from 18th April, 2006.
