Notice is hereby
given that the Board of Directors of Swan Insurance Company Limited has, at a
meeting held on the 22nd November 2005, declared a dividend of
Rs.5.00.- per share payable on the Ordinary Shares of the Company. This dividend is in respect of financial
year ending 31st December 2005, and will be payable in full to all
shareholders registered at the close of business on 9th December
2005.
Shares of Swan Insurance Company Limited
will be traded cum-dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market day of 6th
December 2005 and ex-dividend as from 7th December 2005.
The payment of
this dividend will take place during the last week of December 2005.
