Notice is hereby given that following the cancellation of 19,723,841 Shares of State Bank of Mauritius Ltd, the Base Market Capitalisation of SEMDEX will be adjusted at the close of market on February 15, 2007 to reflect the cancellation of the SBM Shares. The issued number of shares will be 305,328,459.
