Notice is hereby given that following the cancellation of 1,588,236 Shares of State Bank of Mauritius Ltd in the context of the SBM Share Buy Back Programme, the Base Market Capitalisation of SEMDEX has been adjusted at the close of market on February 22, 2007 to reflect the cancellation of the SBM Shares. The issued number of shares of State Bank of Mauritius Ltd will be 303,740,223.
