Kindly be informed that the balance sheet date starting 1^st July to 30^th June will be changed to 1^st January to 31^st December of each year and the change will be effective as from this year.

Consequently, MCFI Ltd will have an 18-month financial year starting 1^st July 2005 to 31^st December 2006.
