DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Notice is hereby given that a final dividend of Re 0.31 per share in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2007 has been declared payable to shareholders of the Company registered at the close of business on 13 September 2007.

The dividend will be paid on or about 28 September 2007 and the Company’s shares will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 10 September 2007 and ex-dividend on 11 September 2007.
