DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Notice is hereby given that an interim dividend of Re 0.24 per share in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2006 has been declared payable to the Company's shareholders registered at the close of business on 10 March 2006. The payment date will be on or about 26 March 2006.

The Company's shares will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 7 March 2006 and ex-dividend on 8 March 2006.
