DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Notice is hereby given that an interim Dividend of Rs 1.50 per share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2007 has been declared payable to shareholders of the Company registered at the close of business on 15 August 2007.

The Dividend will be paid on or about 31 August 2007 and the Company’s shares will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 10 August 2007 and ex-dividend on 13 August 2007.
