Notice is hereby given that at a Board Meeting of THE INDIAN OCEAN INTERNATIONAL BANK LTD held on 26.05.2006, the Board has considered and approved the Capitalisation of a sum of Rs48, 240,530/-  (Rs Forty eight Million Two hundred and forty thousand five hundred and thirty only) as a Special Bonus free from Income Tax and the distribution and allotment to members in the proportion of 2(Two) Ordinary share for every Five (5) Ordinary Shares held by them.

 

 

The calendar in respect of the Bonus issue is as follows: -
