DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

Notice is hereby given that Iframac Limited has declared on December 27, 2005, a final dividend of MUR 3.40 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on January 13, 2006 in respect of its financial period ending December 31, 2005.

The dividend will be paid on or about January 20, 2006.

The shares of the company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of January 10, 2006 and ex-dividend on January 12, 2006.
