OF DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND
Notice is hereby given that the above Company has today declared a Final Dividend of Re0.80cs per share for shareholders registered at the close of business of 4th October 2006, in respect of its financial year ended 30th June 2006.
The dividend will be
paid on or before 15th November 2006.
The shares of the
Company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 29th September 2006
and ex-dividend on 2nd October 2006.
